Hi,
I am a TypeI Diabetic. I have a service dog that alerts on my Hypoglycemia and my Hyperglycemia. Since I got her I have not had any seizures but I used to have them two to three times a month. She wakes me up at night so that I know to get a snack. During the day, she will nudge me or lick my hands till I test and treat my low. My A1c came down from 8.2 to 6.9 since she is catching my highs now. I still have to test a lot but my dog Faith helps me catch lows and highs before they get dangerous.
